Only companies with a weighted and adjusted average annual EBITDA of more than $100,000 can register on the AKWI platform. In addition, the sectors of activity are limited to the areas of interest of serious buyers.

Using a unique algorithm and artificial intelligence, AKWI finds you the profile of businesses for sale who perfectly meet your criteria and whose sale price is aligned with your funding.

Following a match and confirmation of your interest in a seller's profile, you will be able to communicate directly with them. Without red tape, this process is fast, efficient and professional.

With a Premium or Platinum profile, you demonstrate your level of motivation and seriousness as a buyer. You can also upload a presentation video and a proof of funding.

To complete their detailed profile on the Platform, sellers have to invest a lot of time as well as uploading their financial statements. Some sellers have even uploaded an approved assessment of the business selling price.

The sale price of a company's goodwill always correspond to the recognized capacity of banking institutions to finance the transaction. The EBITDA multipliers therefore respect market prices.
